Wolfgang Mitterberger is the sole owner and CEO of MERU Holding GmbH and has many years of experience in the financial and real estate sector.
Wolfgang Mitterberger was born on 22.10.1966 in Möllbrücke / Carinthia. He studied business administration at Vienna University of Economics and Business and started his career as a bank manager after studying at the University of Central Florida, Orlando, USA. From 1994 to March 2017, he was a member of Raiffeisen Bank International AG and, as Head of Real Estate and Public Finance and Real Estate Special Situations, had significant expertise in the financing and restructuring of large-volume real estate projects in Austria and abroad (Eastern and Western Europe, North America). Wolfgang Mitterberger completed short studies at Fontainebleau (2005) and Harvard Business School (2008).
As Managing Director of numerous real estate companies (including the Vienna Hilton Stadtpark complex), long-time member of the board of Raiffeisen Wohnbaubank AG and supervisory body of various real estate companies (including Raiffeisen Property Holding GmbH, stock listed Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG), Wolfgang Mitterberger has extensive experience in the areas of corporate and restructuring finance as well as real estate development.

Petra Mitterberger is Managing Director of MERU Holding GmbH and various project companies and has many years of experience in the financial and real estate sector.
Petra Mitterberger was born on 14.06.1967 in Klagenfurt / Carinthia. She studied general business administration at the University of Klagenfurt and finished her doctoratal studies in 1992 at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. After studying at the University of Central Florida, Orlando, USA, Petra Mitterberger began her career as a bank manager and spent some two decades with P.S.K. Bank and BAWAG P.S.K. active in various positions in the field of real estate financing and risk management.
As head of department responsible for the risk analysis and settlement of housing finance, Petra Mitterberger has gained extensive experience in the financing and realization of residential real estate throughout Austria. Due to her professional experience and studies at the University of Krems (MSc, real estate management, 2017), Petra Mitterberger holds the business license for real estate development and brokerage and therefore acts as managing director under commercial law of MERU Holding GmbH and its subsidiaries.
