Since the MERU Wagram opened in 2020, the center with the major tenants BILLA and BIPA has developed into an important location in the rapidly growing region.

In January 2023, MERU Wagram was sold to Raiffeisen Capital Management, one of the leading Asset Management Companies in Austria.
