MERU, together with the local Raiffeisen organization, has founded a company for the development of commercial, office and residential spaces on Neustifter Straße, Kirchberg am Wagram. The project is set to begin construction in the first quarter of 2025.

Our subsidiary MERU KaW Projektentwicklungs GmbH has developed and opened the MERU Wagram in December 2020.

In January 2023, MERU Wagram was sold to Raiffeisen Capital Management, one of the leading Asset Management Companies in Austria. 

MERU Holding GmbH took over the economic restructuring of the "feel good Boutique Hotel Egger" at Lake Wörthersee in 2017 and provided the management of the company.

MERU Real Prime Select invests in and rents first-class retail and business space in central locations.

MERU Holding successfully developed and sold the attractive residential project in sunny location in Velden am Wörthersee.

The 25 apartments and 12 underground parking spaces of the 50% by MERU-group owned project Rosseggergasse 40 in 1060 Vienna were sold.
