MERU, together with the local Raiffeisen organization, founded a company to develop and build retail, office and residential space in Neustifter Straße, Kirchberg am Wagram.

Our subsidiary MERU KaW Projektentwicklungs GmbH has developed and opened the MERU Wagram in December 2020.

In January 2023, MERU Wagram was sold to Raiffeisen Capital Management, one of the leading Asset Management Companies in Austria. 

MERU Holding GmbH has been a decisive owner of feel good Boutique Hotel Egger am Wörthersee since 2017 and after having economically redeveloped the hotel- and apartment complex MERU Holding GmbH continues to provide the management for the company.

MERU Real Prime Select invests in and rents first-class retail and business space in central locations.

MERU Holding successfully developed and sold the attractive residential project in sunny location in Velden am Wörthersee.

The 25 apartments and 12 underground parking spaces of the 50% by MERU-group owned project Rosseggergasse 40 in 1060 Vienna were sold.
