MERU, together with the local Raiffeisen organization, has founded a company to develop commercial, office, and residential spaces on Neustifter Straße in Kirchberg am Wagram. The official groundbreaking took place on April 7, 2025, and the construction project is progressing as planned. Completion is planned for fall 2026. A bank branch, a café, office and commercial spaces, and 32 modern rental apartments will be created.
